This               is               the               simplest               CPA               technique               that               I               will               be               covering.

It               works               well               because               people               get               hooked               on               the               idea               of               getting               something               that               they               want               for               a               good               deal,               or               free,               and               then               they're               willing               to               put               in               a               little               work               since               they've               already               begun               to               fantasize               about               it.

This               is               a               black               hat               method.

This               method               also               has               the               potential               for               tons               of               unique               spins               and               twists               as               you               see               fit,               just               use               your               imagination               a               little.

The               first               thing               to               do               is               to               sign               up               with               a               CPA               program;               some               good               ones               include               Hydra               Network,               CPALead,               Linkshare,               Sharesale               and               Affiliateer.

There               are               literally               hundreds               of               paying               CPA               networks               out               there               just               pick               one               and               get               signed               up.
               Now               you               want               to               find               a               good               offer,               I               will               run               you               through               two               sample               offers               so               that               you               understand               the               basic               idea,               you               can               then               easily               adapt               this               method               to               ANY               simple               e-mail               or               zip               code               submit               offer               (which               is               a               CPA               offer               that               pays               you               when               someone               enters               their               e-mail               or               zip               code,               they               don't               even               need               to               spend               any               money!).
               The               first,               and               probably               easiest,               is               the               washer               and               drier               method.

This               is               pretty               popular               but               was               the               first               one               that               I               got               started               with.

Most               CPA               networks               have               an               offer               for               a               'free               washer               and               drier'               and               you               will               be               paid               $1               when               a               person               fills               out               the               form               with               their               e-mail,               known               as               an               e-mail               submit.

Once               you               locate               one               of               these               bad               boys               all               you               need               to               do               is               go               sign               up               for               a               free               e-mail               account               and               then               head               to               Craigslist.

Make               a               post               in               the               free               stuff               section               saying               that               you               are               getting               rid               of               your               washer               and               drier.

Here               is               an               example               post:
               "I               just               bought               a               new               washer               and               drier               combo               unit               and               am               looking               to               get               the               old               one               out               of               the               house               as               soon               as               possible,               it               is               taking               up               a               lot               of               room.

Only               condition               is               that               you               must               pick               up               since               it               is               free.

Good               condition,               works               great.

Please               e-mail               me               at               youremail@gmail.com               if               you               are               interested"
               Always               remember               to               add               a               little               back               story               like               this,               you               will               get               a               lot               more               responses.

Also               include               a               picture,               this               helps               a               lot.

Now               what               you               do               is               post               an               ad               like               this               in               a               couple               of               different               cities,               you               want               more               than               one               city               so               all               the               traffic               isn't               coming               from               the               same               place               -               this               may               look               suspicious               to               your               CPA               network.
               After               a               couple               of               hours               go               check               your               e-mail               and               send               out               an               e-mail               to               everyone               that               responded               saying               something               to               the               affect               of:
               "Hi,               sorry               I               already               got               rid               of               the               washer               and               drier,               there               was               a               lot               of               people               that               contacted               me.

I               found               a               good               deal               you               might               be               interested               in               though,               this               is               how               I               got               my               new               unit               in               the               first               place.

Head               on               over               to               yourofferURL.com               and               fill               out               that               form,               they're               giving               away               free               washers               and               driers.

               With               this               same               method               another               favorite               of               mine               is               a               paid               CPA               offer               for               a               credit               check.

Again,               most               networks               have               these               offers               only               this               time               you               can               make               up               to               $10               per               person               but               your               conversion               rates               will               be               lower               because               the               person               actually               has               to               pay.
               Now               that               you               have               your               e-mail               setup               head               over               to               Craigslist               and               find               the               housing               section.

You're               going               to               be               posting               an               ad               for               an               apartment.

Do               a               quick               look               around               and               see               what               apartments               in               this               city               are               going               for.

Now               make               your               ad               for               an               apartment               that               sounds               nicer               than               the               average               one               and               make               it               significantly               cheaper.

You're               going               to               get               flooded               with               e-mails               in               no               time.
               Once               you               get               a               bunch               of               responses               it               is               time               to               e-mail               them               back.

Shoot               them               a               quick               e-mail               that               says               something               such               as:
               "Hi,
               Due               to               the               extremely               high               amount               of               interest               we               are               experiencing               on               this               rental               property               it               is               necessary               to               narrow               down               the               applicant               pool               further.

Because               of               this               we               will               be               requiring               a               credit               check               before               sending               out               an               application.

Please               visit               yourcreditcheckofferURL.com               and               complete               the               credit               check               here,               then               reply               back               with               your               credit               report.
               Thank               you,
               Some               Realty               Company               Name"
               This               will               make               you               some               good               cash               as               you               will               earn               $10               for               each               person               that               fills               out               this               offer.

If               you               want               you               can               then               respond               and               make               something               up               such               as               you               have               already               selected               an               applicant               or               you               can               just               forget               about               it               and               move               on.
               You               can               see               now               how               this               method               can               be               applied               to               pretty               much               any               CPA               offer               out               there,               just               think               of               something               that               people               want               and               offer               it               at               an               outstanding               deal.

Then               e-mail               them               back               and               get               them               to               do               your               offer.

This               is               one               of               the               simplest               and               easiest               black               hat               methods               to               earn               cash               with               Craigslist               and               CPA               offers.

    In               running               your               business,               your               outside               business               advisors               are               the               core               of               your               intellectual               capital.

    Choosing               the               right               people               for               you               and               your               business               are               important,               and               picking               the               right               accountant               is               vital.

    There               are               a               large               number               of               accounting               firms               and               individual               practitioners               in               the               market,               and               choosing               one               can               be               difficult.

    Here               are               some               hints               to               help               in               choosing               the               right               person               for               your               business.

    1               Check               their               qualifications!

    Select               a               Certified               Public               Accountant               (CPA).

    A               CPA               has               an               undergraduate               college               degree               that               includes               a               vast               amount               of               accounting               courses,               passed               a               grueling               17               hour               test,               completed               2               years               of               selected               experience               under               the               supervision               of               another               CPA,               and               attends               40               hours               of               training               per               year               (known               as               Continuing               Professional               Education               -               CPE).

    Each               state               has               different               rules               for               CPA's               regarding               education,               experience,               and               CPE               hours.

    Check               your               local               state               board               of               accountancy               website               for               more               information.
                   2               Interview               the               person.

    Meet               them               for               lunch               or               an               interview               in               their               office.

    Ask               if               they               have               experience               in               your               industry,               and               with               your               size               of               company,               accounting               software,               and               tax               structure.

    You               will               likely               meet               with               a               high               level               individual               such               as               a               partner               or               manager               and               the               work               will               likely               be               done               by               a               staff               level               person,               so               ask               to               meet               the               staff               level               person               who               will               be               doing               the               bulk               of               the               work.
                   3               -               Ask               for               references               and               call               them.

    Ask               for               positive               as               well               as               negative               references.

    If               an               accounting               professional               hesitates               to               give               you               references,               you               should               hesitate               to               give               them               your               business.

    Honest               people               and               honest               firms               tend               to               be               transparent               about               their               business               practice               and               should               be               more               than               willing               to               provide               references.
                   4               -               Discover               their               reputation               in               the               community.

    Research               your               local               Better               Business               Bureau,               ask               friends               who               are               in               the               business               or               accounting               community,               and               find               out               how               long               they've               been               in               the               community.

    Is               it               their               first               year               of               operations               and               their               "office"               is               a               RV               with               the               motor               running?

    Not               a               good               sign.
                   5               -               Phone               a               friend.

    Find               out               who               your               friends,               neighbors,               and               family               members               work               with.

    But               unless               you               trust               someone's               opinion               completely,               don't               use               this               as               an               exclusive               basis               for               selecting               an               accountant.

    Someone               telling               you               "My               Uncle               Louies'               got               a               guy               that               gets               him               money               back               on               his               taxes               every               year"               shouldn't               be               enough               to               place               your               financial               well               being               into               their               hands,               you               still               have               to               do               you               due               diligence.
                   Keep               in               mind               that               your               accountant               is               one               of               the               most               important               business               advisors               you               will               retain.

    Make               sure               you               have               done               your               due               diligence,               and               the               person               you               select               is               trustworthy,               competent,               and               someone               with               whom               you               can               build               a               lasting,               profitable               business               relation.
